Adult Counselling
My goal is to give clients a safe space to understand their issues, make positive changes, and reduce the burden of symptoms in their daily lives. Drawing from theories supported by research, I create personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs. First, we'll explore your concerns together to gain clarity. Then we'll design strategies to help you overcome obstacles and thrive.
Child and Adolescent Counselling
Developmentally informed psychological support for children and teens ages 4–17. I provide a safe, age-appropriate space to help young people manage anxiety, mood challenges, behavior concerns, and social or school-related stress.
For children 12 and under, I recommend that parents attend the first session on their own. This provides an opportunity to discuss your concerns, goals, and hopes for the counselling process before involving your child.
Parenting Support
For parents seeking guidance in nurturing and supporting their children through the challenges of childhood and adolescence. These sessions are designed to strengthen your parenting approach, build confidence, and offer practical strategies for managing emotional, behavioral, or developmental concerns.
Parenting support sessions are attended by parents only.
